Welcome to the website of Sutherland Secondary School's Parent Advisory Council. All parents and guardians of students at Sutherland Secondary School are members of the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) and are invited to participate in PAC meetings and activities.

The PAC supports educational and extra-curricular programs and activities at Sutherland through its parent volunteers, fundraising activities and donations by parents and community members.

Meetings

All Sutherland parents and school staff (teaching and non-teaching) are welcome to attend all PAC general meetings.  
 
Each meeting will cover an school/admin report, a PAC report, teacher updates and student council (as needed).
 
The meeting dates for the PAC meetings for 2026-2027 are as follows: 
  • Monday September 21, 2026
  • Monday November 2, 2026
  • Monday January 18, 2027
  • Monday March 1, 2027
  • Monday April 12, 2027
  • Monday May 31, 2027 - Annual General Meeting
Meetings are held on Mondays at 7:00pm and will continue virtually on MS Teams. Meeting link will be posted on the Sutherland school website and on the Sutherland Parents Facebook page.
